Do you rent beach equipment?

A: No, we do not rent any equipment. We transport YOUR beach gear to and from the beach each day. This could include coolers, beach toys, bags, beach chairs, blankets, umbrellas, tents (we do not set up the tent or umbrellas)

Do you set up tents?

A: We transport the tent to the beach for you, however, we do not set up tents.

Do you transport coolers?

A: Yes, we can take your cooler down to the beach for you. However, there cannot be alcohol in the cooler. 

When will my stuff be picked up in the morning for beach setup?

A: There is a window between 6am-8:30am when your beach gear will be picked up. There are no exact times for pickup! We ask all of our customers to have their beach gear outside their front door for morning pickup no later than 6am! If you're concerned about your beach being too crowded, contact us and we can adjust your pickup window. 

When will my stuff be brought back to my unit at the end of the day?

A: There is a window between 4:30p-7p when your beach gear will be picked up. There are no exact times for pick up! If you would like to have a later pickup, please contact us and we can meet your needs. 

What streets do you service?

A: We service all of Ocean City, Maryland and Bethany Beach

What happens if it rains?

A: If the weather forecast is calling for rain, we will collaborate with you on the morning of bad weather to determine if you want that day to be a beach day or if you would like to flex your day to another day during your week of stay. In the event of a "pop-up" storm while you are on the beach, we suspend our operations and we will not be able to pick up your beach gear. The customer is responsible for their beach gear under these circumstances as we will not work in a storm due to the safety of our staff.

How much time is lost transporting and setting up my own beach gear?

A: The average family is losing 63 minutes of family time each vacation day transporting and setting up /taking back their beach gear.
